Product Details

A full PTFE lined butterfly valve features a valve body and disc, both fully lined with PTFE, providing excellent chemical resistance and sealing capabilities. These valves are commonly used in applications involving corrosive fluids, high temperatures, and situations where tight shut-off is crucial.

Technical Standard:
1.Design Standard: GB/T 12238/API 609/JIS B 2064/DIN EN593/BS EN593.
2.Face to face: GB/T 12221/ASME B16.10/JIS B 2002/DIN 3202/BS 2080.
3.Drive Connection: ISO5211.
4.Flange Standard: GB/T 9113/ASME B16.5/JIS B 2220/DIN EN1092-1/BS EN1092-1.
5.Test Standard: GB/T 13927/API 598/JIS B 2003/DIN EN12266-1/BS EN12266-1.

Product Advantages&Our Service:
1.Completely sealed in both directions – EN 12266 (A Level) airtight grade.
2.Valve disc coated with PTFE/FEP/PFA, making the valve suitable for handling a wide range of corrosive substances.
3.Valve seat can be made in PTFE/FEP/PFA, with high anti-corrosive performance.
4.Valve stem is teflon coated together with disc .
5.Three self-lubricating bushings on the valve stem to prevent the valve stem from deflecting.
6.Installed in any direction.
7.Adopt epoxy painting,stronger adhesion and good weather resistance.
8.Limit switch,regulator,solenoid valve, positioner can be selected.
9.Pressure Testing Report,3.1 Certificate of Material can be provided.
